High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a tough, rigid polyethylene with a density of about 0.941–0.965 g/cm³. It resists moisture and most chemicals, which makes it the standard material for bottles and jerrycans, crates, pipes, caps and closures, and strong thin films.
HDPE is sold in grades for blow moulding, injection moulding, pipe extrusion, film and raffia; the grade is chosen mainly by melt flow index (MFI) and density.
When you request a quote, mention the application, grade or MFI and density, any preferred producer grade, quantity, packing and delivery location.

How do I choose the right HDPE grade?
The process decides it: blow-moulding grades have a low MFI for melt strength, injection-moulding grades a higher MFI for easy flow, and pipe grades are bimodal for long-term pressure resistance. Share your process and product and we will match the grade.
Do you provide a COA for HDPE granules?
Yes. A certificate of analysis comes with every lot, and the MSDS / SDS is available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity for HDPE granules?
Our standard minimum order is 1 MT. Smaller trial quantities can be discussed.
