Sorghum, known in India as jowar, is a drought-tolerant cereal grown mainly in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana. White sorghum is used for flour and food products, while red and brown types are used mostly in animal feed and brewing.

Sorghum is gluten-free, which has made jowar flour popular in health-food and gluten-free ranges.

When you request a quote, mention the variety (white or red), use, moisture and foreign-matter limits, packing, quantity and destination port.
